Validated Cloud Computing Platform

Our cloud based computing platform provides economical, agile and flexible environment for Pharmacometrics, Genomics, Biostatistics and Translational Medicine needs. Cloud computing is a combination of software (NONMEM, PsN, R XPOSE, Etc.) and computing delivered on demand, as a service. One of the key benefits of cloud computing is the opportunity to replace up-front capital infrastructure expenses with low variable costs that scale with your business.

By leveraging our domain and business expertise, we provide secure, reliable and accessible solution.

Supported Cloud Providers

  • Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud
  • Microsoft Windows Azure
  • RackSpace Cloud

Analysis and Application Tools

NONMEM

R

FORTRAN COMPILER

  • NONMEM ® is a nonlinear mixed effects modeling tool used in population pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamic analysis
  • NONMEM ® 7.2 is programmed in Fortran 90/95 code
  • Requires a Fortran 90/95-compliant compiler
  • Some NONMEM ® runs can take considerable time, perhaps many hours or even days, depending on the speed of the computer and the size of the problem.
  • Software environment for statistical computing and graphics
  • Preparing analysis ready data (PK, PK/PD, PD)
  • Summarizing data (Table and Graphs)
  • Intel ® Fortran Composer XE 2011 for Linux
  • Includes Intel ® Fortran Compiler, Intel ® Math Kernel Library
  • Required to compile NONMEM code

GRID ENGINE

Xpose

PsN

  • Grid Engine software is a distributed resource management (DRM) system that manages the distribution of users' workloads to available compute resources.
  • When users submit their work to Grid Engine as jobs, the software monitors the current state of all resources in the cluster and is able to assign these jobs to the best-suited resources.
  • Xpose is an R-based model building aid for population analysis using NONMEM.
  • It facilitates data set checkout, exploration and visualization, model diagnostics, candidate covariate identification and model comparison.
  • Perl-speaks-NONMEM (PsN) is a collection of Perl modules
  • Aiding in the development of non-linear mixed effect models using NONMEM
  • Parameter estimate extraction from output files
  • Data file sub setting and resampling
  • Advanced computer-intensive statistical methods.
