Technical Lead (.Net)
Job Description:
A Technical Lead will have about 5 to 8 years of IT
experience of which atleast 4 yrs will have been working on
.NET technologies. Atleast 1 year of experience functioning
as a Technical Lead will be a plus but is not a requirement.
The key responsibilities of a lead are to liaise with
technology and business representatives to verify
application requirements, to provide direction to the
development team and ensure that coding, testing and
implementation goals are met, to participate in implementing
all actions required to deploy an application, and to act as
a mentor to less experienced staff providing technical
support and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Good understanding of OOPs concepts.
Strong coding/development skills Net Framework 2.0 C#
having good knowledge of Oracle (preferred) or SQL Server.
Experience in ADO.NET, Web services, Windows services,
XML/XSLT, Java Script.
Understanding of software development processes, SDLC.
Experience in requirement analysis, design patterns, and
UML concepts, Understanding of software development
processes.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Technical Lead (Java)
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have about 5 to 7 years of IT
experience of which atleast 4 yrs will have been working on
Java/v J2EE in the UNIX/Linux environment. The key
responsibility for this position is to provide leadership to
a team of programmers. The TL will be responsible to
understand the client's requirements and provide the
technical direction to the team to deliver a functional
product.
Qualifications:
Total IT Experience: 5yrs 7 yrs
Relevant java Experience : 4 + yrs
Good understanding of J2EE concepts and Design patterns.
Strong coding/development skills core java, JSP, servlets,
ejb having good knowledge of Oracle (Preferred) or SQL
Server.
Experience in struts, Web services, Windows services,
xml/HTML, Java Script.
Experience in requirement analysis, design patterns, and
UML concepts, Understanding of software development
processes.
Great communication and leadership qualities.
Technical Lead (Perl)
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have about 5 to 7 years of IT
experience of which atleast 4 yrs will have been working on
Perl. The key responsibility for this position is to provide
leadership to a team of Perl programmers working on a heavy
CGI based project requiring strong Object Oriented Perl
skills. The SSE/TL will be responsible to understand the
client's requirements and provide the technical direction to
the team to deliver a functional product.
Qualifications:
Expert-level Perl (min 4 yrs Perl experience).
Expert-level JavaScript (particularly AJAX and toolkits
like Prototype, jQuery, and Dojo).
CSS.
XHTML.
XSLT.
Thorough knowledge of UNIX (ideally Solaris) system calls.
Exposure to Apache & Java/J2EE would be added advantage.
A strong familiarity with search utilities is a plus.
Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have about 4.5 to 6.5 years of IT
experience of which atleast 4 yrs will be with test teams.
The SQA Engineer will drive the test team with the goal of
providing a test environment for the applications being
developed. The SQA Engineer will be responsible for
designing and implementing the QA process, creating and
executing test plans, working with the teams to develop test
requirements and create automated test suites for QA and QC.
Qualifications:
Experience and expertise of developing and documenting
test cases for software testing
Strong QA and testing skills, with hands-on experience of
assembly/integration testing, system/product testing,
load/performance testing, regression testing
QA process maturity: knowledge and practice of quality
assurance and testing processes
QA Project planning and execution, with great attention to
details and completion
Great communication and leadership qualities (Lead,
motivate and manage a team of off-shore QA Engineers and
Testers)
Expertise and experience in testing Internet software
(HTML, JavaScript, ASP.Net)
Expertise and experience in testing database software (SQL
server or Oracle or ADO.Net)
Knowledge and experience of developing and reviewing test
cases for assembly/integration testing, system/product
testing, database testing
